The Pad is very well established and it first opened its doors in 2013 and has been a very popular student accommodation for the past 3 years. The Pad located in Egham, just one minute walk from Royal Holloway University of London. We built 125 rooms in 2013 as part of Phase 1, and due to such high demand in studio rooms we then built 104 studio rooms as part of Phase 2 in 2015. With smart rooms designed around style, convenience and comfort, The Pad has all you need for modern student living while also giving you the privacy and facilities to make University life an unforgettable experience.  We're always happy to help - whether it's answering questions about the local area or just a friendly chat. With secure access and 24/7 CCTV security around site, you'll feel safe and at home from the moment you arrive.
