Hardy Farm Residence offers the chance to live in a unique place that combines a rural setting with the convenience of living a stone's throw away from the city centre. Located in Chorlton-cum-Hardy the development is located in a popular district renowned for the variety of its facilities and open spaces.

This three-storey purpose built development in its own grounds and provides 136 single bedroom flats split into 17 houses containing eight flats with shared communal areas.

All rooms are fully carpeted, centrally heated and furnished with high speed data points and cable connections provided. Each house has its own open plan kitchen with communal dining space. A separate lounge area is also provided complete with sofas and 32 inch flat screen television. Each floor has a bathroom with shower as well as three separate toilets.

A dedicated recreation area complete with pool table, table football and gym equipment is available to be used by residents. An onsite laundry room with full washing and drying facilities as well as a cycle-hire scheme are part of the facilities offered at Hardy Farm. Secure parking is also available for £20 per month.
